E-Services Specialist

Role: Responsible for ATM, Visa credit and debit card maintenance. Downloads and processes E-Services reports. Reviews and balances general ledgers and posts adjustments. Processes, researches, and resolves general member and colleague inquiries.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
E-Services functions are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Updates account information on credit and debit cards and Bill Pay (CheckFree)
Processes reports through posting adjustments and data entry
Addresses general inquires related to E-Services products STAR, VISA, Service Center, Bill Pay (CheckFree) and Home Banking
Reviews and balances general ledgers
Assists other departments/colleagues and eServices personnel as needed
Keep management updated on area activities and any significant problems
Perform other job related duties as assigned
Performance Measurements:
1. Updates addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. on ATM, debit, and credit cards and Bill Pay (CheckFree) accounts.
2. Processes requests to status credit and debit cards.
3. Reconciles general ledgers and make necessary corrections.
4. Notates travel on debit and credit cards.
5. Downloads E-Services reports.
6. Performs data entry and adjustments using VISA, STAR and Bill Pay (CheckFree) reports.
7. Processes and responds to general colleague and member email inquiries in a timely manner.
8. Compiles E-Services daily work to send to File Reference.
9. Assists the supervisor with monthly general ledgers.
10. Ensures security in all phases of processing.
11. Increases efficiency and quality of service by implementing procedural changes as required and necessary, ensuring compliance at all times.

Knowledge and Skills:
At least 1 to 3 years of similar or related experience.
Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent
Good Organizational, Interpersonal, Communication and Decision Making Skills
Knowledgeable computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Proficient in computer keyboard and 10-key calculator

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
