- Accepting reservations over the phone and in person - Checking guests in and out of hotel - Processing payment for rooms - Delivering SUPERIOR customer service each and every interaction with guests - Communicating with housekeeping staff for room availability - Cleaning public and associate areas of the hotel - Helping guests with anything they need - Doing bucket checks and making sure everything is in order at front desk - Looking for someone to cover evening /morning shift which would be 3PM-11PM or 7am to 3pm -Anything and everything necessary to make sure hotel is running smoothly during your shift.
