The primary duty for this position is managing a multi-line phone system.
This includes directing calls to the appropriate office or individual, screening calls, assisting clients, and providing top notch, professional customer service! Additional duties may include greeting clients, offering beverage service, copying, scanning, filing, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, drafting correspondence, and keeping the reception area and conference rooms tidy.
Exemplary customer service skills required.
Experience answering multiple phones/ phone lines is a must.
Law office experience required; estate planning is preferred but not required.
We are willing to train the right person, but you must have a desire and skills to learn basic estate planning procedures.
Must be professional in appearance (this is a front office position) and possess excellent communication skills.
Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
